Payments

Payments may be made via PayPal, AMEX, VISA or MasterCard. The secure and encrypted payment system is hosted by PayPal. You will receive an email reciept shortly after payment has been processed.

The deposit is due at time of application and will be refunded in full should a placement be unavailable.

We will review your application within 48 hours, and let you know via email whether or not your application has been accepted. If your application is accepted, then the deposit becomes non-refundable. Otherwise, the deposit is refunded in full.

The remaining prgram fees are shown below. All remaining fees are due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency, your program fees (exclusive of deposit) will be refunded.
